How to update your firmware
1. Plug your Nova into your PC via USB cable.
2. Download the firmware .BIN file by clicking on the 'Download firmware version 20260605-1' button (above and below these instructions). The file 'Rom_Code_NVB300_SVN27985_2026-6-5.bin' will save to your Downloads folder.
3. Copy the BIN file and paste it onto the Nova's memory card. Don't paste it into a subfolder. Make sure there is only one BIN file on the memory card.
4. Unplug the Nova from the USB cable. The Nova will turn off. Turn it back on.
5. Navigate to the Settings menu by long pressing the M button to reach Playback Mode, then long press M again to reach Settings.
6. Scroll down to 'Version' and click OK.
7. Scroll down to 'Firmware Update' and click OK.
8. A red 'Firmware upgrading' screen will appear. After ten seconds, the Nova will turn off.
9. Turn the Nova back on. Your firmware is now updated.
