Please feel free to get in contact with us if you have this issue. However, there are some locations that we are not able to ship to for legal or logistical reasons, for example we currently cannot ship to Croatia.
I’ve got an issue with my product.
We’re proud of our products, and hope that you’ll be more than satisfied with them. We’re also proud of our customer service, so if you’re unhappy with the product you’ve received, get in touch and we’ll try to improve your experience as quickly as possible.
If you’d like to return your product for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days of the date you received it, and we’ll process you a full refund. Goods must be in as-new condition. All of our products are covered by an 2 year warranty, with products being repaired or replaced if a fault occurs. We can provide a free courier returns label for any faulty items that need to be returned to us – please contact us for more details.
To start a cancellation request, enter the order email address on the Nightfox accounts page and select the order you wish to cancel.
If your product develops a fault within 2 years of you receiving it, send it to us and we’ll send you a new one. We’ll cover the cost of your postage: the bottom line is that you won’t be out of pocket if there’s something wrong with the product.
