PRE-ORDER - Nightfox Whisker Night Vision Binoculars

A great easy to use night vision binoculars for all sorts of wildlife viewing and recording. Previously used one from work for bat suveys and wanted my own for general ecology and wildlife viewing. I use this along with a thermal camera to help spot wildlife at night and watch via the Nightfox Whisker binoculars.

Purchased a Nightfox Whisker for commercial ecology surveys and it performed well. After approx 18 months it developed a fault which impacted the flexibility of the unit. Contacted the support desk and Rebecca replied. The service from her and Nightfox was outstanding, totally professional, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing Firefox equipment knowing just how contactable and professional they are. It's refreshing to deal with an organisation that takes ownership of a problem immediately, resolves it quickly and maintains excellent customer goodwill. I cannot recommend the service from Firefox any higher and that is based on actual experience with them.

Good quality IR binoculars. Used for work

Such a great experience, unfortunately on survey our Whisker case broke where it attaches to the tripod. I contacted customer support to find out if they are able to fix the case and without hesitation they sent me a packing slip and requested I send it back. A couple of days later I had a notification to say it was fixed and on its way back to me. Thank you Rebecca and Nightfox!

The capabilities they have are amazing. Clarity is top-notch once you adjust the focus. The IR in spotlight mode really helps to stretch out how far you're able to see when you zoom in. I hardly use the IR brightness past 2 or 3, it's very bright at those levels. The weight is perfect, they fit nicely in your hands. Like that it's a rechargeable unit as well. Dollar wise, they do everything and then some on the other pricey brands.
